Harry Potter™: A Hogwarts Express Adventure!

ABOUT THE SHOW 
Harry Potter™: A Hogwarts Express Adventure is an hour-long live production that takes place aboard a slow-moving train that leaves from the Southern California Railway Museum in Perris, CA. There are 3-5 departures per show day. The show includes scripted scenes, puppetry, illusions, live singing, dancing, and a great deal of audience interaction.

Rehearsals will be held in Southern California (exact location TBA).

LOCAL HIRE ONLY. HOUSING/TRANSPORTATION IS NOT PROVIDED.

Production Schedule:
Rehearsals: June 8-26 (M – F, 8am – 6pm) 
Tech/Previews: July 2 – 23 
Performances: July 24 – September 27 

NOTE: Actors will be divided into three casts: RED CAST, BLUE CAST, & GREEN CAST and will be on a rotation schedule with 2 casts working per show day. Although actors will not work every day during the run, we are seeking actors with full availability.

PAY RATES
All Roles $22.50/hour

PAY RATE NOTE: This role is paid on an hourly basis, including overtime for weeks exceeding 40 hours. The base hourly rate is $22.50/hour. Presuming a fully realized performance season (no unexpected cancellations or Acts of God), and if actors work the entirety of their assigned schedule, actors will typically work approximately 30-40 hours each week.

ALL ACTORS PLEASE NOTE: Because of the nature of the schedule we cannot specify exactly how much regular time and how much overtime will be worked. We are providing this information and the attached schedule in order to supply as much information as possible, however, please understand that this is not a guarantee of total wages. The role is paid hourly for actual hours worked.
